English, the global language was first spoken in early medieval England. It is a West Germanic language.  This language is used for communicating and business. English is just like any other language. It has only some rules, some complete sentence structures, and some words. According to the English Dictionary the word ‘fail’ means “neglect to do something.” Don’t let your kid neglect this language as the world is built around it.

Lack of Reading:

Encourage your child to read more from a very young age. Reading is essential to learn English. Practicing reading enhances the skill to read faster. The faster your child understands, the more information your child gets. Interpretation is the base of your child’s academic future. The more your child reads the more information they absorb. It gives your child’s academics a boost. Reading also increases the vocabulary of your child and also enriches the vision of your child.

Facing different types of Content:

The more your child reads the more knowledge he gains. Reading more books will unlock different types of writing styles. There are various content styles. Autobiographies, biographies, novels, short story, plays have different writing styles. Encourage your child to read a variety of books. Learning a variety of content will broaden the horizon of your child. If you are teaching them how to deal with different types of content, you are eliminating one of the reasons your child will fail English.

Memorizing Grammar Rules:

Like any other language, the English language has grammar rules too. There are more than 30 different topics on grammar rules. Don’t let your child memorize grammar rules. It is a terrible idea. Help your child to understand the rules by using cue cards on verbs, nouns, pronouns, adjectives, adverbs, etc. There are subtopics too. It is very challenging to memorize grammar rules.

Inability to make complete Sentences:

Try to use complete sentences while conversing with your child. Audio is a vital part of learning. If you talk with incomplete sentences, it will make your child reply in an incomplete sentence. There are four types of complete sentence structures: Simple sentence, compound sentence, complex sentence, and compound-complex sentence. Your child should know the usage of different structures in different places — the major problem that your child might face is to construct complete sentences.

These are the reasons the child will fail English. Encourage your child to read more. Don’t ignore your child’s English. It’s about the betterment of their bright future ahead.
